隨著保險科技逐漸萌芽,傳統人壽保險業也開始透過保險科技的導入來進行服務創新,希望提供更便利、更迅速、更個人化的服務給客戶,因此導入保險科技對傳統人壽保險業來說,是相當重要的過程,也是一個必要的趨勢,只要可以掌握其中之關鍵因素,對於人壽保險業維持服務競爭優勢相當有幫助。
本研究先透過文獻分析法及專家訪談確立研究架構,再透過具有導入保險科技的產業實務專家及學者專家,利用AHP層級分析法進行調查,評估出各構面之權重及各因素之權重,找出關鍵影響因素。
研究結果顯示如下:
一、「顧客介面」構面最重要
二、關鍵成功影響因素權重重要性依序為:顧客需求、政府法規、客戶參與、客戶導向文化、問題解決能力、互動平台與介面
保險科技導入讓人壽保險業提升工作效率、創新商業模式、創造服務體驗、擴大業務成長,透過科技來提供差異化的服務,改變原有的運作模式;科技串連起人壽保險產品及服務與客戶間的連結,創新與科技交互運用,對於人壽保險業的永續發展有其必要性,透過本研究之架構,了解除了服務創新模型外,政府面向也是重要構面,希冀此研究可以給予人壽保險業導入保險科技進行服務創新之參考,對導入過程有所助益;並提供實務建議:用科技翻轉保險服務,以創新提升客戶體驗、培育保險人才,進行跨業聯盟、在法規中保持敏捷、善用企業文化,保持開放心態。
With the inception InsurTech, we have seen conventional life insurance companies also beginning to bring innovations to their services through insurance technologies, so as to provide more convenient, speedier, and more individualistic services. This is why it is vital to introduce InsurTech to the conventional life insurance sector; in fact, it is a necessary trend. This research explores the key factors behind performing service innovations through InsurTech by the life insurance companies.
This research begins by establishing research frameworks through literature analysis and expert interviews, then allows experts and scholars who have experiences introducing insurance technologies to the sector to conduct surveys by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach. By assessing the weights of various criteria as well as various alternatives, they attempt to find the key influence factors.
The research gives the following results:
1.“Customer interface” criterion plays the most important role.
2.The weight importance of key influence factors to bring success is as follows, in order of importance: customer demand, laws and regulations, customer participation, customer-oriented culture, problem-solving capability, and interactive platform and interface.
The introduction of InsurTech ensures life insurance companies to increase their work efficiency, establish innovative business models, create service experience, expand sales growth, provide differentiated services through technologies, and change the existing functioning model. Technology creates a link between customers and the life insurance products and services. It is deemed necessary, for the sake of the sustainable development of life insurance businesses, to combine innovation and technology. We hope that this research can serve as a reference for and be beneficial to life insurance companies when they plan to introduce insurance technologies for service innovation.
