由於現今的醫療環境中,醫用裝置之間的互通性並未廣泛的存在於各種醫療相關的應用中,故國際組織ISO與IEEE共同制定了ISO/IEEE 11073標準以解決醫療裝置間因通訊的協定或資料的格式不同而無法互通的問題。
本研究的目的在於建置一個ISO/IEEE 11073個人健康資料(Personal Health Data, PHD)標準的前端裝置通訊部分,以及管理部分,並將之整合進入一個智慧家庭的平台。本研究首先分別針對血氧脈搏計與血壓計於Android系統上撰寫專屬於它們的應用程式,用以將這兩個原本不符合標準的裝置所傳出的量測訊號,轉換為符合ISO/IEEE 11073 (PHD)標準的資料。接著,為了能夠更了解這個標準,我們也在Android系統上,為計步器這個標準內所沒有規範的裝置,設計並撰寫了ISO/IEEE 11073 (PHD)的介面應用程式。最後,我們並將此三個裝置整合進一個數位型智慧家庭的管理介面裡,以實現一個更完整的智慧家庭環境。
The interoperability between medical devices has been a problem in the environment of hospital or home. Recently there have been many study groups focus on this problem. The ISO/IEEE 11073(X73) is defined by ISO and IEEE to address this problem.
In this thesis we developed three kinds of medical devices in an Android environment, which follow ISO/IEEE 11073 Personal Health Data standard to ensure their interoperability. We build adapters for Pulse Oximeter、Blood Pressure Monitor and Pedometer as the agents of these three non- X73 devices. The agents transform their signals into X73 format. Note that Pedometer is not defined in X73. We propose a protocol that follows the spirit of X73 for the Pedometer. Finally, we implement the X73 manager functions and integrate the three devices into a smart home management environment.
