本實驗乃利用分子束磊晶(Molecular Beam Epitaxy , MBE)系統成長高品質之[Fe/Pt/Mn]多層薄膜,再利用退火處理,使其成為(FePt)1-xMnx合金薄膜,觀察不同摻雜濃度x=0~5%和退火溫度條件與其結構和垂直磁異向性的關係。
We have grown the high quality [Fe/Pt/Mn] multilayer thin film system by MBE to study the influence of Mn doping on structure and magnetism. Choosing different doping percentage x = 0~5% and annealing temperature we study how Mn doping affects the crystal structures and perpendicular magnetic anisotropy(PMA).
