  • 本研究旨在探討同理心成長團體對同理心的培育效果,在團體成員方面,本研究是以成功大學二十六名大學生為研究對象,將其隨機分派至實驗組與控制組,每組十三人。實驗組成員連續接受每週兩次,每次六小時,共計四次,二十四小時之同理心成長團體的培育;控制組在實驗組接受實驗處理及追蹤測量期間,不接受任何實驗處理。本研究的同理心成長團體採實驗組---控制組等組前後測實驗設計,以同理心成長團體的培育課程為自變項,而以『觀點取替故事同理心量表』為測量工具,進行獨立樣本單因子共變數分析,考驗本研究的研究假設。本研究並針對團體課程之實施、團體中的同理心意義及團體回饋單進行內涵分析。
    本研究之主要發現如下:
    一、團體成員經由同理心團體課程的培育後,其在表達同理心上達顯著的立即與追蹤輔導效果。
    二、團體成員經由同理心團體課程的培育後,其在情感同理心上達顯著的追蹤輔導效果。
    最後,根據本研究結果,研究者提出建議,以供未來輔導實務工作及未來研究之參考。

    The purpose of the study was to explore the immediate and follow-up effects of empathy growth group. In Empathy Growth Group, the subjects of this study consisted of 26 students at National Cheng Kung University. They were arranged randomly into an experiment group and a control group. The experiment group was treated with 24 hours of empathy growth group, 6 hours a session and twice a week. The control group did not receive any treatment. Instrument for measuring the effects was the Scale of Empathy on Perspective Taking Stories. The data was analyzed through One Way Mancova. Furthermore, we analyzed the meaning of the courses, the meaning of the empathy, and the feedback from group members.

    The findings of this study are listed as follows:
    The effects of empathy growth group:
    (1) It has immediate effect and follow-up effects of expressed empathy after participate empathy growth group.
    (2) It has follow-up effects of emotional empathy after participate empathy growth group.

    Based on the findings of this study, several suggestions for guidance and further research are discussed.
