在供應鏈整合、全球物流運籌、電子商業網路及客戶需求之種種壓力下,如何使產業能以更快速、更低成本及修正之經營模式建立協同商務正是我們應份起追求的的重要目標。而企業如何在建立資訊平台的溝通架構下,提升客戶的服務品質,加速產品客製化的優勢到為,則是協同商務的重要課題。目前,由於有關全面整合式協同商務的研究文獻不多,實際成功案例也僅只國外有試驗性案例,且大多以概念探討性質或個案研究為主,對於產業之協同設計與業務各階段運作流程、管理模式等均未曾提出進一步之研究。
本研究針對概念提出,介紹協同商務之精神,予以探討協同商務導入產業之成功關鍵因素,試圖找出修正型之協同商務架構來解決產業供應鏈的問題;本研究在研究同時發現,台灣中小企業與客戶之間存在互信基礎薄弱及資訊與利益分享難有共識的困難,因此,希望透過成功關鍵因素的分析與比較,以知識管理面導入介紹概念,希冀增加從業人員思想空間之發揮與實際應用之可能性,並且能提供業界參考。
Under circumstances of various pressures such as supply chain integration, global logistics operations, electronic commerce network, and customer demand, the way for industries to establish collaborative commerce through a business model, faster yet of lower cost, has become the goal that we should seek after vigorously. The main challenges that lie in for collaborative commerce will be the measures of elevating standards of customer service and expediting the success of product customization under the communication structure for information platform.
Up to the moment, few researches have been made on the topic of integrated collaborative commerce while success stories in real practice are limited to foreign tentative cases, and the focus of c commerce consists in concept exploration and case study. There is no further study on the design, work flow, and management models of collaborative commerce.
This study proposes and introduces the concept and essence of collaborative commerce and explores the key factors of success when introducing collaborative commerce into industries aiming at a solution to problems in supply chain based on revised collaborative commerce structure.
A fragile foundation of mutual trust and the lack of consensus on information and interests sharing among small and medium businesses in Taiwan have been discovered in the study. Through the analysis and comparison of success factors, it is expected that the ideas and creativity of people working in this field can be brought into full play and the probability in real practice can be increased. It is also anticipated that results of this study can be of reference to the profession of collaborative commerce.
