隨著車輛科技的發展,為了增進車輛的舒適性及操控性,近年來有許多車輛主動式懸吊相關的研究發表,但是對於車輛主動式懸吊致動器的選用較無系統的比較,本文將採用兩種不同的致動器,分別為線性馬達與伺服液壓動力組件,同時應用模糊控制理論加以控制,並依照模擬結果來進行致動器可行性的評估。選定致動器之後,將再導入控制效果較好的區段式模糊控制器,並利用基因遺傳演算法來進行最佳化,再進行四分之一車主動式懸吊系統之模擬分析,為了達到乘坐舒適性,因此本文的研究控制目標為車輛舒適度的改善。
本研究主要的章節內容如下:第一章為緒論,簡介懸吊系統的原理、國際規範及文獻回顧;第二章為主動式懸吊系統架構及數學模式分析;第三章為控制器理論及控制器設計,將簡介模糊控制理論及模糊控制器;第四章為基因模糊控制器設計,會介紹最佳化的方式;第五章為主動式懸吊系統電腦模擬結果與討論;第六章為結論與建議,會針對結果加以討論並針對未來方向提供意見。
To improve the riding comfort and handling of automobiles, many active suspension papers haven been proposed, but there just a few papers talking about choosing the actuator of active suspension, this paper will use two kinds of actuator, one is linear motor, another is servo hydraulic actuator, and using fuzzy controller to control it, then choosing the actuator by simulation. After choosing the actuator, this paper will adopt fuzzy controller of discontinuous gain modulator to get better effect, and using genetic algorithm to get Optimization controller. The purpose of the paper is improving of driving quality.
There are six chapters in the paper, First chapter
introduce the principle of active suspension; Second chapter is framework and model of active suspension; Third chapter is control theory; Fourth chapter is GA-fuzzy controller, which provide a Optimization controller; Fifth chapter is simulation;
Sixth chapter is conclusions and suggestions.
