本研究進行頭部立體攝像儀的研發與人體頭型肖像模型的建立,為結合硬體設備與軟體發展的研究。首先針對頭部立體攝像儀的量測原理與架設方式進行說明。針對立體攝像儀所取得的肖像資料如髮部有缺損的情況發生時,本研究提出了使用樣板與影像編碼的方式對資料進行修補,進而可應用於髮型替換。而為了使樣板與受測資料於特徵部位對正有所依據,一些顏面上的特徵也被搜尋。最後提出了將處理後的肖像資料進行網格化的方法,產生出肖像的實體模型。
The objectives of this study are to design and construct a 3D head scanner-“Portraiter”. This device is to capture the 3D data of human portrait. We also develop a method for constructing a digital head model and changing of hair style. The study includes the integration of hardware and software. At first, the theoretical background of 3D vision system is introducing. However, the 3D data captured by “Portraiter” may be defected due to improper light reflection of hair. We then propose a method using a template to assist the void filling on the encoded image of the original data. This method leads itself to utilize on the replacement of hair style. Features extraction is conducted on the face image process technique. This is to match the locations and orientations of the scanned face data with the template. Finally, we propose a method to construct STL mesh for the final processed, and then to materialize the model. And this STL mesh is ready for an RP (rapid prototyping) machine to build a real model.
