建築結構震後的即時損害評估,攸關勘災的優先順序和救災的黃金時間,而適當的損壞指標將決定損害評估的正確性。本論文的研究重點在於建築物損壞的早期或中期損害評估,藉由早期發現結構物損壞進行早期控制,達到結構監測的積極目的。文中應用已開發之「即時建築物損壞評估與預知警報系統(Real-Time Structural Damage Assessment and Warning System, RTSDAWS)」,使其能與中央氣象局現有強地動觀測儀並聯運作,除了能夠自動監測和記錄結構物之強震資料,並即時提供結構物受震後之損壞評估資訊。藉由開發可嵌入RTSDAWS平台之時變振形快速損壞評估模組,採用不同斜撐配置之標竿鋼構樓房模型之振動台試驗結果,進行時變振形的分析與探討,以求得樓層斜撐勁度變化與相對地面位移振形及層間變位角的定量及定性關係。並針對國立成功大學雲平大樓於2006年恆春地震RTSDAWS實際測得之地震序列,進行時變振形之分析與繪製,據以對該大樓之健康診斷進行評估與說明。
This study uses Real-Time Structural Damage Assessment and Warning System (RTSDAWS), which is running in parallel with the existing building arrays installed by the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) in Taiwan, to provide on-line damage assessment of structure. A rapid damage assessment module based on the time-varying rela-tive-displacement vibration shape (RDVS) of building is developed in this study. Both qualitative and quantitative relationships between damage location and time-varying RDVS are investigated and verified according to a series of shaking-table tests performed at National Center for Research on Earthquake Engineering (NCREE), Taiwan. The local damage can be identified based on observing the variations of RDVS of different struc-tural types. Furthermore, this module is embedded in the RTSDAWS installed in parallel with the existing CWB building arrays at the Yun-Ping Building in NCKU. The time-varying RDVS and normalized drift ratios are analyzed and compared based on the measurements of the 2006 Heng-Chun earthquake series.
