台灣高鐵至今營運已兩年多,高速鐵路之周邊設施如減振工程也已在園區完成施工營建,加上高速鐵路行車愈趨穩定的情況下,高鐵列車引致之振動對於南科園區環境振動之影響是本研究之目的。
本研究方法主要是由南部科學工業園區於台南園區現有設置的十五處自動環境微振監測站所量測到之歷時資料,配合程式進行分析,針對高鐵列車通過園區時之環境振動變化量來比較,期望能透過圖表及數據來說明高鐵列車行經南科園區,對於環境振動之影響。
分析結果顯示不管測站距離高鐵中心線多遠,2.5Hz及16Hz兩個頻帶,高鐵通過引致之振動對於南科園區幾乎沒影響,但於3.15Hz及10Hz兩個頻帶,對於園區的影響較大;也可發現高鐵對於距離高鐵中心線300m之後的園區影響較小。以振動規準來看,距離高鐵中心線200m以上的園區都能符合振動標準曲線VC-B、VC-C之標準,距高鐵較遠之園區甚至能符合VC-D之標準。
Taiwan High Speed Rail(THSR)has worked for more than two years. Many factories and facilities were built around THSR in Southern Taiwan Science Park(STSP). The study of vibration induced by the THSR in the STSP is the objectives of this research.
The data collected from 15 automatic measurement stations installed in the STSP were analyzed. The environmental vibrations induced by the THSR were compared with those of no THSR passing for several frequencies.
The results show that the vibration induced by the THSR is insignificant for the frequency of 2.5Hz and 16Hz. However, there is an obvious effect for the frequency of 3.15Hz and 10Hz. The results also show that the effect is insignificant as the location away from the THSR is greater than 300 meters.
The environmental vibration in the STSP is lower than VC-B or VC-C vibration curve as the location away from the THSR is greater than 200 meters, and the environmental vibration may be lower than VC-D vibration curve for the distance far away from the THSR.
