傳統鋼構工程在執行作業流程中工程專案參與者需要不斷的進行各種資訊交流,確認每一作業流程資訊需求,而各工程專案參與者的管理目標不盡相同,其中資訊傳遞不完全造成流程與流程之間產生多餘的等待時間使施工延宕浪費工期成本,為改善資訊交流不完善所引發的流程問題,將BIM導入傳統鋼構作業流程做為資訊交流平台,同時應用Lean Construction概念於作業流程精簡化,並使用BPMN與IDEF0進行資訊需求分析,以解析傳統鋼構作業流程與以BIM為基礎之鋼構作業流程之資訊流差異,使工程專案參與者分析出作業流程資訊流問題所在,再將BIM導入於流程中改善鋼構工程作業流程。
在最後的研究結果中顯示,改善後的鋼構工程作業流程在各專案參與者間之資訊交流能夠被清楚完整的辨認出來。同時藉此,依照鋼構工程施工資訊需求建立BIM模型建模規範,將有助於提升鋼構工程施工效率。
There are still many issues in the traditional construction of the steel structure, one of them is the insufficient information transferred between stakeholders. For example each stakeholder has different objectives of project. Therefore, insufficient information flow between stakeholders could lead to mistakes and cause extra cost. As the development of BIM, the process of information transformation can be improved dramatically. However, the process of transferring information in the construction of steel structure is not modified to take advantage of BIM.
In this research, a framework that defines the information requirements of BIM models according to construction of the steel structure is developed. Several technologies, such as IDEF and BPMN are employed to identify the information transferred. And also the comparison analysis of difference information flows transferred between traditional workflow and BIM-based workflow is conducted. Then a new and improved process of information transformation is established by using concept of Lean Construction.
The result shows, with the nearly developed process, the information flow between the stakeholders of the construction of steel structure can be well identified. In addition, the specifications for developing BIM model specifically for steel structure in terms of construction is established.
