  • Stressors are becoming a topic with increasing interest to organization, to know their weakness, and how to deal with them in order to get better outcomes. It is a need for them to understand the difference between them and which variables moderate the relationship between them and work outcomes, in order to know which employees are good for them, and how to the recruitment process can be better for employees. This study will examine the direct relationship between stressors and work outcome and how do these variables are affected by moderators as Neuroticism, Conscientiousness, LMX and OBSE using 125 responses from employees and their supervisors in Panama as data sampling. In only this case the positive relationship between Challenge stressor and work outcomes found support while for neuroticism as a moderator in the relationship between stressors and work outcomes is supported as well. The rest of our hypothesis are not supported, further on will be explained and discussed.
