  • 虛擬社群(Cyber community)在知識管理過程中扮演著重要角色,其為一種透過互動機制(如討論區、留言板等媒介)共同創造與分享知識的團體。然而,隨著網際網路之普及,各種虛擬社群因應而生,卻也面臨資訊過載與垃圾訊息氾濫的窘境,導致社群知識量多質劣。近年來,多數關於社群知識之研究方向皆著重於知識概念與關聯的建構,鮮少呈現社群專家討論過程中,經驗知識本身演化之經驗歷程。為能預測與提供成員所需之知識,描繪社群經驗知識的演化歷程軌跡,為本研究之重要課題。
    本研究進行專業虛擬社群之知識演化歷程發掘技術研發,目的為有效地擷取討論區中隱藏之經驗知識的演化歷程軌跡,以期主動幫助社群組織分享知識。針對上述研究目標,本研究之主要研究項目包括:(1)分析社群成員的對話結構,探討參與者的互動資訊與分享過程,並定義主題經驗軌跡;(2)使用本體論(Ontology)定義設計社群經驗知識演化歷程結構,以表達經驗知識之演化歷程結構;(3)設計一知識本體自動建構機制,直接經由社群討論區獲取所需的經驗知識,並將經驗知識具體化為經驗知識演化歷程地圖,以利分享予社群成員學習與運用。透過本研究成果將主動幫助社群成員獲得所需知識,進而提升社群知識之再利用性。

    Cyber community plays an important role in knowledge management, which one kind of the group utilizes interaction mechanism (for example, the forum and message board) to create and share knowledge. Various communities derive from prosperity of the internet, but the rubbish and overloading information decreases the quality of knowledge sharing. In recently, most studies about community's knowledge focus on the concept extraction and relationship linkage. Seldom researches represent the evolution course of practical knowledge in community. In order to predict and offer the knowledge that members need voluntarily, this study emphasizes on the development evolution course of practical knowledge.
    This research develops a technology for knowledge evolution course discovery in professional cyber community, thus help cyber community sharing knowledge voluntarily. For the goal, the tasks in this study includes: (i) analyzing the dialogue structure of community members, and investigating the process of information sharing and interaction between each member to get the experience development about themes of the articles, (ii) defining evolution course structure of practical knowledge using ontology, and (iii) designing an automatic knowledge model construction approach to obtain necessary experience knowledge via the forum of community directly, and describes this knowledge as a knowledge map for helping community members to study and use it. This study will provide the necessary knowledge to community members voluntarily through the knowledge map, and promote the reuse of community's knowledge.
