複層金屬板外牆系統在安裝上是利用公母接頭卡榫的方式相接,因此安裝速度比其他外牆構法系統要快,但若是現場施工品質不佳,將會影響到建築外牆本體的性能,如水密性、氣密性、隔音性…等,因此在建築工程中是非常關鍵的,如何在工期短、數量多及施工效率高等要求下確保施工品質及改善缺失,發揮其優點,為現階段複層金屬板外牆發展重點之一。
本研究藉由整理國內外相關文獻及過去案例資料瞭解複層金屬板外牆構法與施工品質之構成,並彙整其技術資料、施工流程、安裝步驟以及注意要項,進而從複層金屬板訪談調查與案例調查中,比對其相關施工規範及圖說,整理出目前國內發生之施工品質問題,並探討其造成原因及提出具體改善之對策,以提供業界有關人員作為參考。
藉由問卷調查結果瞭解目前國內複層金屬板的發展與使用現況,包括其採用之構工法、使用材料種類、建築物類型以及案例分布等,以及複層金屬板案例之訪談調查及施工現場調查,並比對其施工規範及品質標準,瞭解目前國內複層金屬板施工實際情形以及案例中所遭遇之施工品質問題。本研究將施工品質問題歸納為1.規範及圖說方面、2.精度控制方面、3.骨架安裝方面、4.複層金屬板方面、5.收邊作業方面以及6.填縫作業方面等六方面。
針對複層金屬板外牆工程施工品質問題關鍵因素,本研究最後提出具體改善對策如下:1.研擬適當且完整之施工規範、2.加強與相關工程之配合、3.加強結構體與基牆工程之施工品質、4.加強施工人員之技術及認證制度、5.加強施工進度控管、6.加強各部位收邊的細部設計、7. 確實執行施工品管作業、8.研擬完善之施工品管計畫、9.加強對外牆材料性能之認識、10.選擇適當外牆分割及構工法及11.加強圖面說明及標示。
The system of sandwich panel in exterior wall is used to connect by the way of the male and female tenons, so the installment will be faster than other system of constructions in exterior wall. But if the quality of construction is not well in the locality, it will be affected the functions in the exterior wall of architecture, such as water tightness, air sealing, and sound insulation…etc. Therefore, it is very important that how to make sure the quality and improve the weakness of construction, which is nowadays one of the emphasis to develop the sandwich panel in exterior wall.
By collecting the data of Taiwan and abroad to realize the construction quality of sandwich panel in exterior wall and arranging the data of technique, constructional processes, steps of installment and points should be noticed. Furthermore, from investigating the case of sandwich panel and interview compares with the standard and diagrams of the construction that figure out the problem of construction quality.
To deliberate about the reasons and offer the strategies of improvement can be provided and consulted in this field.
As the result of the questionnaires can be realized the development and usability of sandwich panel, including of adopting the strategy, the sort of material, the type of building, and the location. Moreover, the questionnaires of sandwich panel and constructional locality contrast with the standard of construction and quality, which understands that the problems of construction quality are from constructing the sandwich panel at present in Taiwan. But the problems of construction quality can be divided into six parts as bellow: 1. The standard and diagrams 2. The accuracy control. 3. The part of installment. 4. The sandwich panel. 5. The boundary. 6. The sealant.
According to analyze the factors in the problems of the construction quality in exterior wall, there are the specific strategies of improvement as following: 1. To carry out the rules of construction completely. 2. To emphasize that the cooperation of constructions. 3. To emphasize the construction quality of structure. 4. To emphasize the strategy of certificate and the technique of staffs. 5. To control the construction process. 6. To emphasize the detail design of boundary. 7. To carry out the construction quality control. 8. To carry out the plan of construction completely. 9. To emphasize the knowledge of material in exterior wall. 10. To choose the suitable division in exterior wall and strategies. 11. To emphasize that the label and interpretation of diagram.
