本研究將針對已經有影像資料且初步製作出中心線資料的管狀器官作一系列的電腦視覺之相關應用與探討,並搭配Marching Cube演算法建立精緻化的立體醫學影像,開發出一套助於人類在電腦上了解管狀器官的互動式應用系統。系統不僅能夠幫助醫師以不同的面向檢測管狀器官的病變,還能幫助學生學習管狀器官的相關知識。
此外,我們也導入Extrusion的技術,重新建置了管狀器官的三維模型,使得視覺效果提升,這在未來本系統在數位學習的發展上將會有幫助。
This study is focused on the computer vision application and discuss about the human tubular organ which has been made computer image data and center-line data. We used that to build an elaborate 3D medical image with Marching Cube Algorithm, and develop an interactive system that help people to learn about tubular organ on the computer. Not only about learning, the system can help medical personnel to detect the pathological changes in different ways.
Furthermore, the system also makes use of the extrusion technique to build a 3D model for tubular organ. This model have a better visualization effect. It’s helpful for the development of e-learning in our system.
