中山大學通訊工程研究所的陳弘倫在 2008 年碩士論文中所提出名為I/Q Columnwise Complementary Code(IQCCC)的互補碼,能夠抵抗由多路徑干擾與都普勒效應所造成的頻選、時選衰減。本論文探討了IQCCC 能抵抗頻選、時選衰減的理由,並藉由重新排列IQCCC 碼組元素的方式來產生命名為Modified I/Q Columnwise Complementary Code(MIQCCC)的新互補碼,提升了碼組抵抗頻選、時選衰減的能力。
本論文亦嘗試利用多載波正交分碼多工存取系統的接收端來接收並解析由正交分頻多工系統的傳送端所發送的訊號,並將IQCCC 加入其中,試圖在不需要加入循環字首的情況下,讓接收端能正確解析傳送端所發送的訊號。在發展中的正交分頻多工系統因為加入循環字首造成頻寬的浪費,本論文提出的這一新系統即是為此議題提供一個不需要加入循環字首的可能性。
I/Q Column-wise Complementary Code (IQCCC), produced by Hong-lung Chen in 2008, can be orthogonal even in the time/frequency selective fading channel. This thesis is about rearranging the elements of IQCCC to make codes better in doubly selective fading channel. The new complementary code is called Modified I/Q Column-wise Complementary Code (MIQCCC).
This thesis also tries to combine the transmitter of OFDM and the receiver of Orthogonal Multi-carrier CDMA. OFDM transmitter sends signal without Cyclic Prefix (CP), and IQCCC will be used in this system to make MC-CDMA receiver correctly revert the signal without inter-symbol interference (ISI).
