一般而言,當全國總體經濟面越好、國民生活所得越高,及股市成交量越多時,民眾可支配之金錢更多,消費者購買力更強,使得車輛的更新換代率越高。另外,一般汽車商也認為車輛維修保養之客戶滿意度越高,內部人員教育訓練費用、人力投入增加,可使整體業務代表商談專業能力提升,相對也促使整體車輛銷售量提升。近年來,南部科學園區快速成長,但同時也受到疫情之負面影響,整體影響汽車車銷售量之關鍵因素為何值得深入探討。
本研究應用自2022年1月至2023年12月的24個月某企業的銷售實際數據,並考慮各種可能影響車輛銷售的因素之間的相互關係,擬透過迴歸分析做基礎,以探討影響車輛銷售量之因素。
實證結果顯示,臺灣經濟狀況越好、股市指數越高且交易量越大,及南部科學園區整體營收提升、從業人員增加,則車輛銷售量增加企業因應市場需求因設立更多據點並加強與客戶的接觸點,以增強與顧客的關係黏著度。一般而言投入人員教育訓練費用、時間及講師人力,可使顧客增購及換購新車機會相對增加,但實證結果顯示,當月入廠客戶維修保養滿意度越高,當月車輛銷售量卻沒有呈現明顯增加,與原先的假設不符,也就是說,高滿意度的客戶更傾向於繼續使用舊車,反而產生延遲購買新車之意願,造成車輛銷售實績遞延效應,此現象值得後續深入探討研究。
As the macroeconomic situation improves, household incomes rise, and stock market volumes increase, disposable income and consumer purchasing power could be strengthened, leading to higher rates of vehicles replacement. It is also generally believed by car dealers that higher customer satisfaction in vehicle maintenance and repair, coupled with increased spending on employee training and manpower availability, which might enhance the professional skills of sales representatives, subsequently boosting overall vehicle sales. Considering rapid growth of the Southern Taiwan Science Park, comparing to the negative impact of the pandemic, it is quite difficult to identify the key factors that influencing automobile sales.
This study utilizes empirical sales data from a case company, which is the leading enterprise in this industry, and employs regression model to investigate the interrelationships among various factors that might affect vehicle sales. Based on the literature survey and empirical experiences, these factors might include macroeconomic indicators, economic development in the Taiwan Science Park, and customer Services.
Based on the statistical analysis, it shows that better economic conditions - higher stock market indices and volumes, increasing overall revenue and employment in the Southern Taiwan Science Park, could contribute to higher vehicle sales as expected. This implies car dealers should positively response to market and to establish more outlets to enhance customer loyalty. In general, investments in employee training and manpower could increase the likelihood of customers purchasing and/or replacing vehicles. On the other hand, this study also finds out that higher customer satisfaction in maintenance and repair does not significantly increase vehicle sales. This finding suggests that there is a deferred sales effect in regarding to satisfied customers intent to new vehicle purchases. Further investigation in regarding to this observation is necessary
