兒童使用網際網路的人口逐年增加,而兒童網頁也慢慢興起。在兒童使用網際網路之初,對於其網頁架構、連結方式、編排方式並沒有一個既定的概念,因此兒童網頁則成為兒童邁入網際網路的一個前哨站,所以兒童網頁設計的好壞將成為兒童對於網際網路的印象,並會影響兒童對於網際網路的看法與使用。本研究將探討兒童使用各種網頁的使用性以及喜好程度。
為了解兒童對網頁的需求,本研究廣泛蒐集兒童網頁進行現況調查,並參照兒童的想法去規劃實驗樣本,針對色彩、字型及大小作喜好度探討,也針對不同編排方式做使用性探討,實驗後分析各種頁面對兒童喜好度、使用性、滿意度的影響。本研究利用實驗來探討兒童網頁編排方式對兒童之使用性及喜好的影響,期能概念化以作為兒童網頁介面的設計準則,增進兒童網頁與兒童間的人機互動。
經由正式實驗後資料分析,其研究成果可以歸結為如以下幾點:1.兒童喜好標題置於頁面上方之中央、2.背景色彩喜好淡藍色(RGB=0/219/255)、3.在首頁與第二頁面之喜好度、搜尋速率及滿意度大多皆為功能位置在左較高、4.在首頁與第二頁之喜好度與搜尋速率在中央區塊為圖片與資料呈現方式為文字在右圖片在左得點最高。最後將會針對頁面評比間差異作探討,以供兒童網頁設計人員參考。
As children increasingly using internet, the quality of children’s website including its structure, link, and layout will not only determine children’s impression on internet, but also their motivation. Therefore, the study will discuss the usability and preference when children are surfing websites.
In order to understand children’s need, the study investigates exist children website and build up samples based on children’s opinion upon color, font, and text size. Also, the study is tempting to increase the interaction between children and website by analyzing preference and usability of different website layout and conceptualizing the design criteria.
Concluding from the analysis, several points are listed: 1. children prefer headline located at center top. 2. Light blue (RGB=0/219/255) suitable for background. 3. The control position for better preference, efficient and satisfaction for the first two pages is on upper left. Finally, the study proposed guidelines for improving children’s websites interfaces for designers.
