Entrepreneurship has gradually become a strong driving force in economic development, and it can also be used as one of the career choices. Both the industry and the academia have expressed increasingly strong concerns about the phenomenon of entrepreneurship. In addition to the concept, how to strengthen management capabilities by linking the surrounding resources and various multiple elements, imitating and learning the context of successful cases and then forming their own unique value through adjustments and internalization, survive in a commercial environment. Therefore, how the entrepreneur’s unique entrepreneurial journey develops in the context is a topic worthy of discussion.
This research combines the entrepreneurial context and entrepreneurial process and other academic literature and focuses on the entrepreneurial story of the individual case. It combines the existing classification methods proposed in the literature and the elements found in the practical phenomenon to summarize, and based on this result, the multi-level analyze the similarities and differences between multiple elements in different cases to present and answer research questions.
In the research method section, this research uses the case study method of qualitative methods to describe diverse and complex situations and phenomena, and cross-analyzes based on diversified and multi-faceted data to increase the credibility and effectiveness of the research. At the same time, where the case is found, in order to make the case diversified, the entrepreneurial process of the case of different industries and entrepreneurial time is selected. The key is not the result theory of successful entrepreneurial conditions or structural models, but through the entrepreneur’s narrated to understand how entrepreneur act through multiple elements to trigger the entrepreneurial process.
