  • 台灣半導體產業的發展自1977年開始,經過幾十年來的發展,形成了產業群聚並建立完整的上中下游半導體生態系統;其中在半導體設備產業也吸引了國際大廠在台灣建立完整的供應鏈,以提供半導體製造商就近且即時的服務。
    在台灣半導體設備產業鏈中相關的利害關係人大致可以分為:半導體設備商、半導體設備代理商、半導體機台代工/組裝廠、廠務設施、專業裝移機、半導體零組件等相關的分工業者;隨著專業化程度越高企業間的合作依存度就越高,台灣也因為這些利害關係人串連的群聚效應,建立了完整且即時的半導體設備產業的供應鏈;同時這些利害關係人透過互動與協作的過程提升企業技術與能力。
    本研究以台灣半導體產業中的半導體設備商漢民科技為研究對象,採取質性研究方法中的單一個案研究法,以漢民科技為研究對象,以「價值共創」的理論觀點來探討「利害關係人」的互動與協作,並為台灣半導體產業共創價值的過程。
    本研究目的在於說明,第一:漢民科技如何透過願景與使命,吸引利害關係人參與並創造雙贏的過程;第二:如何藉由整合多利害關係人的技術與協作為產業創造價值,希望藉由理論與個案的實際成功經驗來提供相關企業做為經營上的參考。

    Since 1977, Taiwan's semiconductor industry has developed over several decades, forming industrial clusters and establishing a comprehensive upstream, midstream, and downstream semiconductor ecosystem. Within this ecosystem, the semiconductor equipment industry has also attracted international giants to establish a complete supply chain in Taiwan, providing locally and timely services to semiconductor manufacturers. The stakeholders in Taiwan's semiconductor equipment industry can generally be categorized into semiconductor equipment manufacturers, semiconductor equipment agents, semiconductor machine OEMs/assemblers, facility service providers, professional movers, and semiconductor component manufacturers. As the degree of specialization increases, the level of cooperation and interdependence among enterprises also increases. The clustering effect created by these stakeholders in Taiwan has established a comprehensive and timely supply chain for the semiconductor equipment industry. Moreover, through the process of interaction and collaboration, these stakeholders enhance their technological capabilities.
    This study focuses on the Taiwan’s semiconductor equipment company Hermes-Epitek, adopting a qualitative research method through a single case study. Using the theory of "value co-creation," the study explores the interactions and collaborations among stakeholders in the context of Taiwan's semiconductor industry, and the process of co-creating value within the industry. The objectives of this study are to explain: First, how Hermes-Epitek attracts stakeholder participation and creates win-win situations through its vision and mission; Second, how integrating the technology and collaboration of multiple stakeholders creates value for the industry. It is hoped that the theoretical and practical successful experiences of this case study will provide relevant enterprises with operational references.
