本文主要探討15kV級預製式、熱縮式電纜終端接頭及25KV級冷縮式電纜終端接頭因施工不當產生之缺陷,藉由有限元素分析法COMSOL Multiphysics軟體模擬,因施工產生之刀傷、定位及含水缺陷,對電纜終端電場之影響,經由模擬結果,得知(1)電纜終端因刀傷缺陷,可能使得電纜送電後產生部分放電,(2)因定位缺陷,可能使得電纜送電後因電場超過應力錐(應力套管)最大電場耐受能力,導致應力錐(應力套管)絕緣劣化,終端接頭被擊穿破壞,(3)因含水缺陷,亦會使得電纜送電後因電場超過應力錐(應力套管)最大電場耐受能力,導致應力錐(應力套管)絕緣劣化,終端接頭被擊穿破壞。
為解決電纜終端施工之問題,本文嘗試對於刀傷及定位缺陷產生之氣隙,以矽脂膏填補,藉由模擬發現經此改善措施後可以減弱電場強度,其中刀傷缺陷可減弱電場強度約18~35%,定位缺陷可減弱電場強度約20~60%,可供現場施工人員參考採用。
The purpose of this thesis is to study improper installation works for 15kV prefabricated type, heat shrinkable tubes and 25kV cold shrinkable tubes of cable terminations. By the finite element method (FEM), COMSOL multiphysics software tool to simulate electrical field effect to cable terminations under knife cut, wrong positioning and water contain sunken conditions. The following conclusions were got from simulation results,: (1) The knife cut sunken in cable termination may caused partial discharging after power on. (2) The wrong positioning sunken may caused stress cone (stress tube) damage thanks to electrical stress over maximum endures stress of stress cone (stress tube). (3) The water contain sunken will make same result as wrong positioning sunken.
For improving installation problems, this thesis propose one method to filled in silicone grease in the sunken parts. From simulation results shown that the electrical field strength was decreased obviously, as the knife cut sunken decrease 18~35% and wrong positioning sunken decrease 20~60%. It may adapted by fabrication works on site.
