  •   某些商品的失效與衰退是同時受到二種因素所影響,當制定此類商品之保固政策時,便須以雙構面保固模式來作為合理的衡量構面;此外,為了維持商品品質及可靠度,預防性維修的觀念也逐漸被買賣雙方所重視,但以往文獻中,卻缺乏結合預防性維修與雙構面保固模式之研究,因此本研究以雙構面保固模式為基礎,融入預防性維修之概念,透過利潤最大化方法,制定廠商利潤最大化之最適保固政策,並以數值驗證與敏感度分析探討模式之可行性。此模式之應用乃針對附帶預防性維修選擇之商品,依據消費者是否願意在保固期間支付預防性維修成本,提供二種保固選擇方案,並分別為二種方案訂定利潤最大之最適之保固期限。若消費者不願於保固期內負擔預防性維修成本,廠商將提供一般性之保固政策;反之,若消費者願意於保固期內支付預防性維修成本,廠商將會提供較寬裕的保固政策。由於二種方案之保固政策,均為廠商利潤最大化下之最適保固期限,且經由模式之解說,能夠提供適合消費者本身預算與偏好的保固方案,因此既是消費者權益的保障,同時也是廠商提高利潤的行銷手法。
