前修未密,後出轉精。本研究之目的乃從管理學與哲學角度,以臺灣養豬產業的智慧轉型為例,試圖對當前臺灣智慧農業的困境進行一系列「轉精」的策略反思。農業是國家的根基,糧食是民生的保障。是以,農業不僅是一種產業,更是一種使命,守護著我們的土地和生命。在數位文明的時代巨輪下,智慧農業作為一項極具潛力的全新「國安」使命,不僅可以提高農業效益,還可以降低對環境的影響,改善農民的價值獲取與生活品質。然而,臺灣當前農業智慧轉型的管理與策略正面對著棘手的挑戰和問題,需要我們深入反思,集思廣益。此研究反思的核心論點是:當前國內「農業轉型」策略,必須儘速從以科技效率與商業利益為導向的「智農效能轉型」,轉向以批判思考與價值共創為導向的「智農生態系轉型」。為此,本研究運用「科技哲學」、「價值共創」及「生態系策略」理論,以臺灣養豬產業(臺糖)現代化轉型現況為例,「問題化」(Problematization)當前智農策略管理的六項具體缺失。最後,藉由六項缺失的反思性研究發現,提出具備「批判思考」、「價值共創」與「永續生態」特色的智農生態系架構與策略建議,期能兼顧科技的「聚置本質」與農業的「共存本質」,適時協助推動國內智慧農業發展的再轉型。
Invoking an ancient proverb, “The antecedent’s lack of meticulous cultivation will be refined by subsequent researchers,” this study critically examines the contemporary challenges facing smart agriculture in Taiwan, utilizing the intelligent transition of the pig farming industry as an illustrative case. Agriculture transcends industry boundaries to become a mission, crucial to preserving our land and sustaining our lives. Amid the era of digital civilization, smart agriculture surfaces as a powerful “national security” endeavor that bolsters agricultural efficiency, mitigates environmental impact, and uplifts farmer welfare. Nonetheless, the strategic management steering Taiwan’s agricultural transformation grapples with formidable challenges, demanding deep introspection and collective ideation. Central to this study is the argument that Taiwan’s current “agricultural transformation” strategies need a rapid pivot from a focus on technology-driven efficiency and commercial profits to a “smart agriculture ecosystem transformation,” underpinned by critical thinking and value co-creation. This study applies the theories of “philosophy of technology,” “value co-creation,” and “ecosystem strategies” to explore the modernization of Taiwan’s pig farming industry. In doing so, it identifies six shortcomings in current smart agriculture management strategies. Ultimately, the research formulates an ecological framework and strategic recommendations for smart agriculture that reflect the elements of “critical thinking,” “value co-creation,” and “sustainable ecology.” This approach hopes to advance Taiwan’s smart agriculture development in a timely manner in terms of the essence of “Gestell” in technology and “coexistence” in agriculture.
