無椿帽群椿之非破壞性檢測技術在國內外可見為數頗豐的測試成果,且越顯成熟。相較之下,含椿帽群椿因自身的幾何效應和樁帽邊界條件之影響,使得訊號的可辨性也因其高複雜性,所以含樁帽基樁系統之檢測至今仍未有突破性的方法。
本研究目的即是嚐試探究無樁帽群樁及含樁帽群樁兩者之間之檢測樁長的準確性。因此從非破性檢測技術中,選擇了音波回音法及平行震測法,並分別測試於為試驗所設計出的六根完整或帶有不同大小形狀缺陷的植入式PC樁,並將所量測之時域資料圖進行分析,期望藉此得以視見並比較「無樁帽」及「含樁帽」對檢測結果的影響。本研究的實驗結果,顯示出不論是「無樁帽」或是「含樁帽」,藉由音波回應法及平行震測法所量測到的樁長,與實際樁長極為相近;至於設置於樁身上的缺陷位置(無論形狀大小如何),均不易從時域資料給予有效地判讀。
Nondestructive testing technology of the clump of non-caped piles has shown appreciable test results, indicating a more significant growth. In contrast, the identifiability of the testing signals of the clump of piles with cap is closely related to not only the geometry of the pile but also to the boundary conditions. Meanwhile, there is no breaking-through detection method for testing the pile with cap because of its high complexity.
The purpose of this study is to try to probe into checking the accuracy of the length evaluation between the clump of non-caped piles and the clump of piles with cap. This study selected the sonic echo method and parallel seismic testing to the six complete embedded PC piles, or with defects in different sizes and shapes designed for the test. Accordingly, the time domain data observed are analysed and compared the effects of "non-caped" and "cap" on the test results. The experimental result, show that the length of pile "non-caped" or "cap" measured using SE and PS method is close to the actual pile length. The defect positions in the pile body (regardless in any shape and size) are difficult to be identified effectively from the time domain data using these methods.
