本論文主要以有限元素法探討兩種不同剛性滾壓接觸時黏彈性基底接觸面的力學行為,數值模擬採用Coupled Eulerian-Lagrangian方法模擬黏彈性材料與剛性圓柱體互動之動態分析。一是表面光滑剛性圓柱體滾壓接觸於黏彈性材料,另一為表面具有週期微結構剛性圓柱體在黏彈性材料上進行滾壓接觸,並探討物體間的接觸摩擦條件對結果的影響。包含圓柱體的接觸範圍、作用反力以及在微結構剛性圓柱上滾壓材料之變形情況。
This thesis discussed in detail the rolling contact between two kinds of rigid cylinder and viscoelastic base by using finite element method. The coupled Eulerian-Lagrangian method was used in the model for dynamic analysis of the interaction between the viscoelastic material base and roller. There are two kinds of rigid cylinder, one is that of rolling contact by smooth rigid roller on viscoelastic base, and other is that of periodicity microstructure surface roller on viscoelastic base. This thesis also discussed the effects of friction condition in the contact region on the result, including the contact region, reaction force and the deformation of viscoelastic base by microstructure surface roller.
