目前國內較常採用的傳統岩體分類法有RMR、NGI-Q系統等,其皆較注重地質構造所造成的破壞,而軟弱岩石區並無明顯的地質弱面,且破壞是以岩體特性控制為多,使得傳統岩體分類法較不適用。本研究欲建構一套適用於軟弱岩石區的邊坡岩體分類評分系統,將傳統分類法沒有將軟岩特性所造成破壞的因子納入考量。而本研究將岩體分類視為群體決策的問題,首先利用德菲法可以彈性且客觀地調整問題的考慮因子,建構邊坡岩體分類評分架構,並藉由層級分析法整合專家群體意見,計算出個個評估因子的相對權重值,訂定細部演算法則,以建立一套岩體評估系統,接著選擇國道三號新化交流道至燕巢交流道沿線邊坡作為研究案例,計算出每一個邊坡的評分值。結果顯示評分值大部分集中60分至70分之間,而整體分佈大約在50~80分之間,符合各區段的岩體有相似的特性之說法。並將現地之邊坡依據不同的工法分為四類,再依其破壞點與未破壞點邊坡總評分值的分佈,求算出最小誤判率的切分值,其切分值於自然邊坡應用為未來選擇工法的依據,而在人工邊坡則是用來判定其本身的護坡工法的適當與否。
The traditional rock mass classification systems frequently used in Taiwan engineering practice are the RMR and NGI-Q system. The rating of these methods is especially focused on the geologic structure of rock mass. However, for the soft rocks there are no evident planes of weakness, and the failure is principally controlled by the characters of soft rock. So the traditional rock mass classification systems are not properly used in the soft rock mass. The main objective of this research is to develop a rock mass rating system that can be used in the soft rock properly, and to arrange the failure factors by the characters of soft rock. This research views the rock mass classification as a group decision problem. The factors of the rock mass rating construction was built by using the Delphi method which can be adjusted the factors elastically and objectively. Then, the decisions of professionals are integrated and all weighting values of factors are calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). This proposed method was used to determine the rating of rock slopes between the Sinhua and Yanchao sections of the No. 3 National Highway in southern Taiwan. Results show that the rating of the studied slopes is located mainly between 60 and 70. Based on the investigation of slopes and the determined rating, four types of construction of slopes engineering were concluded for the soft rocks.
