The planet has subjected to considerable impact after the global environmental pollution. The idea of carbon reduction, green lifestyle and sustainable development has become one of the world's most urgent issues which must be propmoted.
In the concept of environmental protection, we make effort to protect the environment from personal behavior to national policy.Using green products is one way to protect the environment. This study focuses on understanding the factors affecting house purchaser to buy a green home. Building, which has a long product life, causes a deep impact to the environment. If we know what affect people to buy a green home, we can promote the purchase on green home, and also carry out the low-cabon life. In this study, questionnaire was conducted. In the analysis phase, descriptive statistics, item analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and one-way ANOVA was used in order to verify the hypothesis of the study. Based on the result, the study provide advices to enhance the interest in green housing, and the promotion of green housing which can reduce the depletion of the earth. In addition, resources can be sustainable used and people can live healthier and wealthier.
