本論文提出主動式傳導雜訊抑制器用來減少切換式電源轉換器所產生的雜訊,包括共模雜訊及差模雜訊。主動式傳導雜訊抑制器,是由雜訊等效模型、LISN高頻等效電路,及感測雜訊電流補償雜訊電流之抑制器架構所推導得之,並考量於實際運用時結合高頻阻隔電感而成。抑制器電路主要包含高頻阻隔電感L、RC感測支路及推挽式電流放大器等部分。研製過程中,藉由電路模擬及實作驗證電路的可行性。並以切換式電源供應器為實驗對象,藉由實際量測證實主動式傳導雜訊抑制器的效能。
This thesis presents an active conducted noise suppressor that is capable of reducing the noise produced by a switching power converter, including common mode and differential mode noise. The configuration of suppressor is derived from the equivalent model of noise source, the equivalent circuit of LISN under the high-frequency behavior, and sensing noise current so let the suppressor can generate compensating current to reduce the noise current level. A high frequency rejection inductor is designed in the suppressor to incorporate with LISN in particular consideration. The suppressor between line and ground is mainly composed of a high-frequency rejection inductor, a sensing current branch made up of a resistor, a capacitor and a push-pull current amplifier. The feasibility of suppressor is proved by simulating and implementing circuits in the development. The performance of an active conducted noise suppressor is verified with results of measurement in a switching mode power supply experiment.
