本研究以質性研究為架構,透過觀察與訪談之後進行研究及整理歸納。個案研究以光電產業E公司為研究目的,觀察在個案併購活動過程前中後產生組織整合調整之活動,發現活動中活動中之利害關係人以平台系統為樞紐,使併購方與被併購方進行互動。
本研究基於併購整合、價值共創等理論視角進行觀察研究,進而發現併購後組織整合過程中的發展現象。並於E公司併購H公司後的組織發展狀態進行實證。從實務觀察與理論視角相互驗證,歸納結論作為後續企業併購發展之參考。
未來的研究方向,建議可加入產業環境的影響、廠商併購模式不同的影響的干擾等,可將這些構面納入研究範圍作為對併購績效影響之探討,以進行更深入之研究以利企業經營策略能有效地執行及達成既定目標。
This study is based on qualitative research, through observation and interviews after the study and finishing induction. Case Study The photoelectric industry E company for the purpose of the study, observed in the case of mergers and acquisitions before and after the activities of the organization to adjust the activities of the adjustment and found that ac-tivities in the ac-tivities of the powerful people to platform system as a hub, so that mergers and acquisitions interactive.
This paper studies the development of mergers and acquisitions, the value creation and other theoretical perspectives, and then finds out the development phenomenon of the or-ganization integration process after the merger. And in the E company mergers and acqui-sitions H com-pany after the organization development status of empirical. From the per-spective of practical observation and theoretical verification, induction conclusions as a follow-up to the develop-ment of mergers and acquisitions.
