  • 近年來在全球樂活健康觀念下,台灣也掀起運動休閒風潮。「慢跑」,漸漸成為現代人工作忙碌之餘主流運動的選項之一,廣義的路跑人口高達200萬人且持續成長中,瘋跑步的人越來越多,參與路跑活動成為一種流行趨勢。2013年起台灣路跑活動快速發展,成為世界上「馬拉松數密度最高之國家」,保守估計平均每周全國各縣市有10場路跑在同一時間舉行,而賽事巨幅增加相對讓跑者有更多的選擇,故對於辦理馬拉松賽事單位而言競爭相當激烈。然而新興的路跑賽會籌備組織,往往是規模小且面對各種資源貧乏的狀況,故本研究以隨創(bricolage)理論為基礎,作為探討制約條件下,資源建構的脈絡過程,以瞭解新興路跑賽會如何從資源匱乏的劣勢環境中進行資源建構。
    本研究採用質性研究的單一個案研究法,深入探討《台灣米倉田中馬拉松》此個案在賽會草創籌備及發展過程中面臨重大制約的回應作為,以及其中與其重要利害關係人的交涉互動,來歸結分析《台灣米倉田中馬拉松》是如何從無到有進行資源建構的隨創過程。本研究除了採用次級資料作研究資料外,還透過訪談籌備團隊及其關鍵利害關係人進行資料採集。藉由《台灣米倉田中馬拉松》的草創籌備歷程與理論的對話,本研究點出思考「制約從何而來?」的重要性,從隨創者的目標出發,資源盤點後發現資源不足的制約,進而再行資源建構。此外,本研究整理歸納出制約下的資源建構過程有兩階段:促成隨創作為和資源建構方式。促成隨創作為有時機及角色兩元素,此二者皆有賴隨創者去尋找及辨識其可能性;進而資源建構方式則會因應與利害關係人之間的強弱勢關係,而對主觀建構及客觀建構有不同的運作方式。

    Recently, there has been a huge increase in demand for marathon races, which then made marathon-organizing committees competitive. However, the organizing -committees of the emerging market are often small in size and face a variety of disadvantages and constraints. The idea of bricolage analyzes how entrepreneurs may improvise in order to resolve the constraint of resource scarcity. Therefore, this research employs bricolage as a theoretical basis and explores how low-power actors could reconstruct resources to circumvent constraints. The research uses the method of case study in qualitative research to deepen the analysis. Through the case study of “Taiwan’s Rice Heaven Tianzhong Marathon”, the conclusion finds that there are two steps in the resource reconstruction process. The first step, entrepreneurs should identify opportunities and transform its role or its stakeholder’s role in order to reconstruct value in resources. The second step, entrepreneurs should learn the interactive way of reinventing value between the subjective and objective processes. And how those two interact depend on the power differential within its stakeholders.
