本研究工作主要在探討微型渦輪裝置中典型離心壓縮器的效率和流量損失。由於效率在離心壓縮器的性能中至關重要,而離心壓縮器的性能優於其他壓縮器。本研究設計一款單級離心壓縮器,並參考TD-08渦輪增壓器進行了基本分析計算,並使用ANSYS 2019 R3 CFX進行了1D,2D和3D數值模擬, CFD結果提供了後掠角的變化目前研究工作的另一個重要設計參數。使用現有文獻中的適當數學模型來計算處理離心壓縮器中的損失。通過更改葉輪的幾何參數,對葉片1和葉片2的流動損失進行了分析。經由分析葉片1和葉片2的不同幾何構型,發現了具有優化設計點的新的優化葉片,可以將葉片1的效率提高到2.7%,將葉片2的效率提高到1.9%。相對流場損失降低到令人滿意的水平。
The present work deals with efficiency and flows losses of a typical centrifugal compressor in microturbine. Since efficiency plays a vital role in the performance of centrifugal compressor. A single-stage centrifugal compressor has been designed with basic analytical calculation with reference of TD-08 turbocharger which is also undergone for 1D, 2D and 3D numerical simulation using an academic version of ANSYS 2019 R3 CFX, CFD results were found and variations of backswept angle gives another design parameter for current research work. Blade 1 and blade 2 has been analyzed for flow losses by changing geometry parameters of the impeller, discussed in existing research works. Flow losses have been calculated using an appropriate mathematical Model found in the existing literature which deals with losses in a centrifugal compressor. By analyzing Blade 1 and blade 2 for different geometry configuration, new optimized blades with optimized design points have been found that can enhance the efficiency up to 2.7% for blade 1 and 1.9% for blade 2. Relatively flow losses also reduced to a satisfactory level.
