醫療產品的開發因應現代生活之狀況,除了技術與使用層面的提升外,也開始考慮到使用者的心理層面因素。要如何改善使用者對於醫療器材的感性意象,要如何讓大眾願意更親近醫療,這些部份都是值得去探討的問題。
本研究為探討醫療行為中使兒童產生恐懼之因素,特以耳溫槍為樣本,企圖找出可以舒緩兒童在接受耳溫測量時產生恐懼感的造形因素。實驗共有16組耳溫槍樣本、五個形容詞語彙:可愛的、好玩的、漂亮的、可怕的、喜歡的。請30位6~7歲之幼稚園兒童進行感性語彙評量實驗。實驗結果以數量化I類進行分析,得到造形特徵與各感性語彙之間的關聯性。分析結果顯示,「主體形態的設計」為最容易影響兒童對於耳溫槍產生「可怕意象」的關鍵因子。「探頭角度之設計」為影響「喜好度」的關鍵性因子。「螢幕與按鍵比例的設計」為最容易影響兒童對於耳溫槍產生「可愛意象」與「漂亮意象」的關鍵因子。「面板整合之設計」為影響「好玩意象」的關鍵性因子。
In response to the conditions of modern life, the development of medical products has begun to consider users’ psychological factors other than enhancing the usage and technological level. Ways to improve users’ Kansei perception towards medical equipments and to make the public to be more willingly to accept medical treatments are topics worth investigating.
In this research, we attempt to find out form factors which can ease children’s sense of fear when receiving the ear temperature measurement with an ear thermometer. There are 16 ear thermometer samples and 5 adjective vocabularies: cute, fun, pretty, scary, and preference. 30 6-7 years old kindergarten childrenwere invited to participate the experiment. And the results were analyzed with quantification type 1 to establish the relationships between form features and Kansei vocabularies. The results showed that “main-body form” is the critical factor to make children have a “scary” image for ear thermometers. “The angle of probe” is the critical factor to affect “preference” level. “The ratio of screen and button” is the critical one to make children have a “cute” and “pretty” image. “Panel integration” is the critical factor which affects “fun” perception.
