  • 本文首先設計一個【可調式圓管曲度-截面變形量測器】,此量測器可安置於不同尺寸圓管的中央,並可同時量測圓管在彎曲負載時的曲度及整個截面變形量的變化,此量測器主要有兩個特點:(1)八點量測-量測器上每45度有一個位移檢出器(LVDT),共八個對稱分佈於圓周上,相較於一般僅以圓管截面上下兩點的變化量來描述橢圓化,更能準確地量測圓管截面在承受純彎曲力矩負載時的位移變化量。(2)可調式位移檢出器-位於圓周上的八個位移檢出器(LVDT)與量測器本體的連結為可調式,此設計使本量測器能適用於不同管徑的圓管。
    位測試該量測器,本文針對D/t比(外徑/厚度比)為40及60的SUS304不鏽鋼圓管進行循環彎曲負載,至皺曲(Buckling)的實驗。結果顯示本量測器的量測,截面從起始負載至皺曲的變化皆可精確的測得。
