1982年頒布實施《文化資產保存法》至今，已有越來越多與文化資產再利用的相關研究由各領域與觀點切入討論，其中不乏有文化資產價值評估的關注，抑或文化資產再利用經營管理的思辨。然而，文化資產再利用在實務方面的困難不僅複雜且橫跨多重領域。若僅由單一觀點進行探討，實難涵蓋所應涉及的相關議題與面向。因此，本研究即針對此缺失，意圖以321巷藝術聚落為例，運用實務研究針對文化資產再利用進行的較具整合性之研究。

本研究所運用之實務研究是以研究者的實務經驗為基礎，透過脈絡回顧、反思實踐與整合分析等方式，建構具系統性且可傳承的實務知識。具體而言，本研究藉由文化資產再利用的脈絡回顧，釐清領域背景與相關論點，同時確立本研究的五項研究議題：文化資產運作機制、利害關係人互動模式、文化資產價值展現、場域與地方連結，以及文化資產公共性實踐。再經由實務經驗與操作個案的反思實踐，針對五項議題進行回應與分析。最後利用整合性討論的方式，說明實務研究應用於文化資產再利用領域的優勢與困難，以及本領域的未來可能發展，其中包含：五項議題於公私部門合作推動文化資產再利用的互動關係、大學創新組織參與本領域所具潛力與挑戰，以及由此產生的可能發展模式。

After the law of “Cultural Heritage Preservation Act” is enacted and promulgated in 1982, more and more researchers have been exploring the issue of cultural heritage reusing from various perspectives including cultural value and management. However, the practice of the cultural heritage reusing is not only complex but interdisciplinary. Researches with only a single perspective might not be able to thoroughly present the problems. As a result, the present study would like to employ the method of Practice Research to discuss the reuse of cultural heritage and particularly focuses on the case study of 321 Art Village.

Practice Research is based on the practical experience of the researcher. Researchers come up with the practical knowledge and build up the knowledge system with the techniques of the context review, reflective practice, and integrated analysis. Under this framework, background and related perspectives of the present issue can be further identified and clarified. The present study aims to discuss issues listed as following: (1) the operation mechanism (2) the stakeholders’ interactive mode (3) the interpretation and presentation of the cultural value (4) the place bonding (5) achieving publicness. Through this case study, the above-mentioned issues are analyzed. This paper provides the pros and cons of the framework of practice research in analyzing the reuse of cultural heritage, and proposes some possible future research topics of it, including the interactive relationship between five issues, the advantages and disadvantages of the high educated innovative organization’s participation, and the prototype of the operating model in this assumption.
