自行車的設計將朝向高品質、高單價和客製化的方向發展,而騎乘舒適性更備受重視,因此將外觀造型與人因工程結合的自行車更具有競爭優勢。
本研究主要分為兩階段,第一階段探討競速型、城市型與淑女型的最佳騎乘姿勢,從以物就人的觀點出發,找出最佳騎乘姿勢,利用騎乘實驗得到把手、坐墊與曲柄中心的最佳三個點位置與人體各關節角度,進而得出車體骨架尺寸,之後進入第二階段的自行車整體骨架造型設計,主要是利用4組形容詞語彙找出相關風格的自行車圖片,並從圖片中擷取造型元素進行自行車骨架造型設計,設計出的多種骨架將與市面上代表性樣式的把手、坐墊、大盤進行關連性組合,得出自行車整體骨架造型組合。
因騎乘者身高與車款的不同,會產生騎乘姿勢上的差異性,故本研究將提出競速、城市與淑女型車款,在不同身高範圍的最佳騎乘姿勢與客製化車架尺寸表,騎乘者可依個人身高找到合適的車架尺寸,且本研究也提出大眾型車架尺寸表。最終自行車造型經由評選得出兩台最佳的樣式,並據實驗所得的車架尺寸,進行自行車整體造型設計並建模。
Due to the trend of high quality, high unit price, and customization in bicycle design, the comfort of riding has drawn the attention of designers. Therefore, the combination of form aesthetic and ergonomics in bicycle design is more competitive.
There are two stages in this research. The first stage discusses the optimal riding posture of bikes in speed style, city style, and lady style. The dimension of bike frame can be determined by the feature points of handle, seat, and center of crank which coming from the results of optimal riding posture in experiments. The second stage deals the form design of bike frame by gathering the elements of shape in bike photos related to four different adjectives. We design many styles of bike frame which can combine with other component in market to get the final bike design.
The differences of riding posture are resulted from the height of riders and the style of bikes. This research proposes the bicycle dimension table for customization frame and optimal riding posture in different height ranges for bikes in speed style, city style, and lady style. The shapes of two final bikes are selected and constructed based on the results of the style evaluation and the experimental dimensions.
