論文摘要

自2002年台灣加入國際貿易組織(WTO)以來，傳統的農業生產受到了威脅，也帶來了農業轉型成為休閒農業，提升附加價值的契機。農場以原有的農業資源，結合「自然生態」、「農業生產」、「休閒生活」三生之農業經營理念，提供兼具自然、農業、休閒等多功能的農場。然而，原本從事農業生產轉為從事休閒農業的經營者，囿於本身對於農場規劃知識的不足及經營管理能力的缺乏，加上目前休閒農業輔導及管理政策並未對休閒農場的環境規劃作切確的規範，使得現今農場的規劃逐漸悖離休閒農業的意義與內涵。因此，為提升現今休閒農場的品質，有必要從休閒農業發展的意義與內涵探討休閒農業，並對於休閒農場在規劃上所面臨的課題提出對策，以促進休閒農業走向農業三生的經營理念。

本研究以農業環境之三生共生觀點為基本依據，探討休閒農場應具有的場所構成。從David Center、Relph Edward以及Camus建立之場所構成及相關研究之場所論點，綜合休閒農業的意義與內涵、農業資源、休閒遊憩觀點作關聯性探討，建構休閒農場的場所構成，並以遊客的認同程度進行驗證。研究包含下列重點：

一、從休閒農業之意義與內涵，探討並定位休閒農場。

二、從場所構成的論點結合休閒農業的意義與內涵建立 休閒農場的構成。

三、以實證問卷的方式，驗證研究建立之休閒農場的構成。

四、檢視遊客對現今經營之休閒農場的認知情形。

研究結果中，在休閒農場的探討與定位上，休閒農場在本質意義上是以農業經營與體驗為重點，休閒遊憩活動是附著於農業之經營環境。

在休閒農場的構成與探討方面，建立了休閒農場應具有的構成內容，分別以農場空間環境、農場活動行為、農場體驗意義三個構面進行探討，並經由遊客認同度的實證研究檢驗，確立研究建立的休閒農場構成能作為實際農場進行規劃與開發的依據。

在遊客對現今經營之休閒農場的認知情形方面，結果顯示案例農場在農場環境、活動、體驗的層面上仍具改善的空間，必須建立起自身農場環境的特色才能永續經營。

Abstract

Since Taiwan joined the WTO in 2002, the traditional agriculture has been threatened. However, the agriculture in Taiwan is also transformed into Leisure agriculture, which brings the opportunities of additional values. Farms not only keep the agricultural resources, they also connect “Ecological”, “Agricultural Products” and “Leisure Life” to be there operating concept. They provide many functions, including keep the nature、agriculture and also provides leisure facilities. However, the owner of the farm, who is transformed from a agricultural producer into a leisure farm owner, is limited by the lack of environment planning and the capacity of management. Besides, the agricultural guidance and the government policy are not clear enough to the environment planning of leisure farms. That is the reason why the planning of farms far away from the meanings and functions of leisure agriculture. For promoting the qualities of nowadays leisure farms, it is necessary to do the research on the development of leisure agriculture, provide solutions to the problems, and lead the leisure agriculture to the ideal management of “Ecological”, “Agricultural Products” and “Leisure Life”.

This study is based on agricultural resources of agricultural environment to discuss the necessary constructs of leisure farms. It origins from theories of David Center, Relph Edward, and Camus. Combine the meaning of farming, agricultural resources, leisure space for the construct of leisure farms. Also, it is evidenced by the questionnaire of customers. The study includes as the followings:

1、From the meaning and functions of leisure farms to discuss the importance of leisure farms.
2、From the issue of place to make a connect between the meaning of leisure farms and the construct of leisure farms.
3、Through questionnaire, to prove the previous study of the construct.
4、Exam the concept of costumers on the management of leisure farms.

From this study, we can find that the management of leisure farms is based on the agronomy and agricultural experience. The leisure activities are accessional.

Concerning the construct of leisure farms, I make factors of the construct in leisure farms. They are discussed in 3 parts, including the farm space, the farm activities, and farm experiences. Also, the questionnaires of costumers confirm construct of the leisure farms can actual direct the leisure farm’s environment planning and development.

From costumers’ concepts of the management of leisure farms nowadays, we can see that the environment of the farms, the activities and experiences on the farms still need to be improved. The leisure farms can run well only based on creating their own agricultural characteristics.
