This study aims to investigate residents’ support and attitude toward the ecomobility development using the latent variables of perceived personal benefits, knowledge, trust, perceived positive impact, perceived negative impact, and residents’ support. This study also divides the whole sample into two groups (Green transport users & Non-green transport users) and test their differences. Results reveal that perceived both positive and negative impacts are effective predictors of residents’ support. Perceived personal benefits is found to have statistically significant effects to the perceived impacts for the whole sample. Besides, results of moderating effect suggest that community involvement have a significant effect on the relationship between perceived negative impact and residents’ support but is not found any effect on the relationship between positive impact and support. Lastly, several discussions and suggestions for the future study are also introduced in the last.
