本研究以計算流體力學為工具,對水冷頭進行數值模擬實驗。探討在水冷頭中加入橫條設計對散熱效率之影響,並改變橫條結構之結構參數,以此找出散熱效率較佳之結構參數。
In this research, numerical simulations are performed to study the heat tranfer efficiency of serpentine channel waterblock with crossbar structures immersed in the main channel. Water is used as the working fluid and copper is used as the material of waterblock. The conjugate heat transfer among heat source, waterblock copper and the coolant water in the water channel is stadied to search for the structural parameters corresponding to high heat tranfer efficiency.
