本研究發展之外骨骼助力輔助系統可用於分攤漁民彎腰搬運漁獲或定置網相關作業之腰部出力,不僅降低腰部負擔也降低受傷風險。輔具本體機構能輔助完成髖關節拉伸的運動。
本研究分為三個主要部分:骨架外型與驅動方式之設計、以軟體分析模擬其運動與人體適配之情形、實際製作並以兩種方法分析量化其輔助成效。
在第一部分中,本研究以Solidworks軟體建模設計一款外骨骼助力輔具,其主要分為背部支架與腿部支架兩個部分,以軸承與馬達連接這兩個主要部分,使其可以完成同軸之轉動相對運動,其軸心對應人體之髖關節,用以輔助彎腰搬運重物之動作;而馬達驅動方面,本研究以LabView為設計軟體並選用步進馬達做為驅動單元,馬達驅動程式功能包括可調整馬達轉向、角速度、角加/減速度與定位,使其符合人體之運動情形。
第二部分中,以軟體建置對應各受測者身體各部位尺寸之人體模型,將第一部分設計之助力輔具模型與其套疊,以內建之動作解析外掛插件模擬輔具穿著於人體上之運動情況,分析彎腰搬運重物過程中輔具與人體的相對運動,檢查其干涉情況,判斷受測者與助力輔具之適配程度,將數據用於輔具各部位尺寸之改進,以利後續輔具之製作。
第三部分中,以動作捕捉與EMG肌電量測兩種方式實際測試輔具之效能,動作捕捉部分,本研究以軟體Tracker抓取黏貼於各部位之標記點,分析穿著輔具前後,各關節在運動過程中之位置與角度變化;而EMG肌電量測部分則是以黏貼於背部豎脊肌之肌電貼片抓取肌電圖,以傅立葉轉換及機率分佈結果判斷穿著輔具前後彎腰搬運重物之肌肉電位變化,換算其輔助力道大小。
The research mainly disscuses the auxiliary system in fishery which can share the strength output of waist when carring goods and in set net operation. For fishmen, not only reduce the burden on the waist but also reduce the risk of injury. The system can assist hip stretch and flexion.
The research divided into three parts: Design of skeleton appearance and driving, Software analysis of movement and human body fitting, production and auxiliary effect quantification.
In the first part, we use Solidworks to build the auxiliary system model. It mainly divided into the back bracket and leg bracket two parts. The two main parts connected with the motor and bearing, so that it can do the coaxial rotation relative motion. In the part about motor driven, we use LabView for the design of software and choose step mortor as drive unit. The program features include direction, angular speed, angular accelation and position.
In the second part, we use Solidworks to build the human body models and use the motion module software to analysis the relative motion of auxiliary system and human body models to check the interference situation. The data are used for the improvement of the size of the auxiliary system.
In the third part, we measure the differences by EMG changes while lifting heavyweights in waist-bending posture before and after wearing the auxiliary system, and use the measurement results after Fourier transformation and normal distribution to analysis the output of auxiliary system.
