蘇雪林，Su Xue-lin（1897～1999），同時身為作家、學者、教授，他 的文學地位被稱為「第一代新文學女作家」，在中國現代文學史上與冰心、凌叔華、鹿隱等人齊名。1956年任職於省立成功大學（現國立成功大學）至1973年退休後定居成大， 1999年4月21日，在國立成功大學醫院去世，享年103歲，為最後故去的一位五四作家 。很多人都喜愛蘇雪林的《綠天》 與《棘心》 兩著作，但是蘇雪林的讀者們大都沒看過他的書畫作品。由於研究過程中未能看見蘇雪林的原作，所以在書畫作品的分析中有所限制。筆者透過文獻探討、爬梳蘇雪林的文學作品，再將其文學作品與書畫作品比對後，發現蘇雪林的書畫作品以臨摹入手，不僅是他自學的方法，也是蘇雪林創作的發想，並且賦予這些畫作新的靈魂。透過技法、構圖、設色、人物姿態、象徵物等描繪，給予觀者一種「蘇雪林式」的新意象。此外，蘇雪林作品中反覆繪畫的「黃山」主題往往更像是畫家本人的心境反映，不只是鄉愁，更是他心中山水畫的真正模樣。因此，藉此次整理蘇雪林的作品，了解到蘇雪林身為女性藝術家在當時代的創作歷程。本論文研究希冀讓更多人認識蘇雪林的藝術才華和書畫藝術作品，讓更多人真正認識蘇雪林多方面的才華，並重新給予蘇雪林在藝術史上一位畫家的地位，期盼成功大學蘇雪林文化資產研究室假以時日重啟，能公開展示其作品。

Su Xue-lin(1897~1999)as a writer, professor and scholar, her literary status is known as the " Modern Chinese Literature of female writers", and she is as famous in literary history as Bing Xin, Ling Shuhua, Lu Yin and others. She worked at National Cheng Kung University (now National Cheng Kung University) from 1956 to 1973, and settled in NCKU after retirement. Passed away at Cheng Kung University Hospital on April 21, 1999, at the age of 103. The last May Fourth writer who passed away. Many people appreciate Su Xuelin's " lu tian" and "ji xin", but most of Su Xuelin's readers have never seen his calligraphy and painting works. Even during the research process, we were unable to see Su Xuelin's original works, so there were limitations in the analysis of calligraphy and painting works. The author explored and combed through Su Xuelin's literary works through literature, and then compared her literary works with her calligraphy and painting works. She found that copying as the theme of Su Xuelin's calligraphy and painting works was not only her self-taught method, but also Su Xuelin's creative idea. Giving these paintings a new soul, through techniques, composition, coloring, character postures, symbols, etc., they give viewers a new "Su Xuelin-style" image. In addition, the " Mount Huangshan" theme repeatedly painted in Su Xuelin's works is often more like a reflection of the artist's own state of mind, rather than a realistic depiction of Huangshan's appearance. Therefore, through this compilation of Su Xuelin's works, we can learn about Su Xuelin's creative process as a female artist in that era. I hope that through this article, more people will understand Su Xuelin’s artistic talent and appreciate his calligraphy and painting works. It is hoped that National Cheng Kung University will restart the Su Xuelin Cultural Relics Laboratory in a timely manner, manage and update the Su Xuelin Cultural Relics Laboratory website, and publicly display Su Xuelin’s works. The calligraphy and painting works have allowed more people to truly understand Su Xuelin's multi-faceted talents and re-understand Su Xuelin's due position in art history.
