創業育成的概念始於1959年,經過四十多年的發展,育成中心已遍及所有先進國家、新興工業國、及部份的發展中國家,形成一股推動全球高科技產業創新發展的主要動力。我國由經濟部輔導設立的育成中心已達60多所,各育成中心的服務品質及經營績效有很大落差。育成中心既然定位為技術服務業,本身也是一個企業體,如何以「顧客導向」的觀點,提供優良的服務品質,提高服務價值及顧客滿意度,以建立顧客的口碑及忠誠度,進而提升營運績效,是育成中心該重視的問題。
本文以工業技術研究院育成中心為實證對象,從進駐廠商實際認知的觀點,使用SPSS套裝軟體,用因素分析、變異數分析、集群分析、區別分析以探討不同進駐屬性廠商及服務品質分群對各構面是否有顯著差異,再用典型相關分析、迴歸分析等方法來探討服務品質、服務價值、顧客滿意度以及行為意向等構面之間的關係及互動性。
實證結果發現:1.服務品質對服務價值有顯著影響 2.服務品質對顧客滿意度有顯著影響 3.服務價值對顧客滿意度有顯著影響 4.服務品質對正面行為意向有顯著影響,對負面行為意向則無顯著影響 5.服務價值對正面行為意向有顯著影響,對負面行為意向則無顯著影響 6.顧客滿意度對正面行為意向有顯著影響,對負面行為意向則無顯著影響 。
