近年來全球積極推動「工業4.0」製造產業創新轉型計畫,主要以導入工業物聯網(IIoT)與智慧製造為核心目標。在現今網路技術與通訊科技邁向成熟的環境下,國內外許多廠商陸續將製造設備導入數位化與網路化,並應用智慧行動裝置應用程式進行作業上的管理及協助。目前工業上的智慧行動裝置應用多數使用於製造執行系統,進行監看產線製造產能,鮮少將智慧行動裝置應用於加工控制終端,倘若將智慧行動裝置應用導入製造生產的自動控制領域上,輔以工作人員加工生產與設備檢修,可有效發揮行動裝置使用便利性的協助特色,勢必會提升工業的生產效率及工作人員的機動性。因此本研究以EtherCAT工具機做為實驗機台,並透過Wi-Fi路由器實現廠區網路無線化的部署,提供機台操作人員透過智慧行動裝置,經由無線網路遠端監控加工機台。在此行動化加工整合平台的輔助下,以具有遠端控制與監看加工現場的特性,輔助機台操作人員可於遠端進行加工製造的前置作業,並整合智慧行動裝置QR Code掃描功能,使機台操作人員可快速掃取機台檢修資訊,進行設備的檢修紀錄查詢與填寫,本研究有效的解決過去生產製造時,機台操作人員於廠區內獲取機台維修資訊不便,與人員機動性等問題。希冀未來產業工具機的控制終端操控模式,倚賴本研究軟硬體整合之技術,進行多方整合,提供製造產業一便捷與創新的操控模式。
In recent years, network technology and communication technology have entered a mature environment. Many manufacturers have gradually introduced manufacturing equipment into networked, and use the smart mobile device application to manage in the work. At present, most smart mobile device applications are used in manufacturing execution systems to monitor manufacturing capacity on the production line. If the smart mobile device application is introduced into the field of automatic control of manufacturing, it will be supplemented by machining and equipment maintenance and play the role of the convenience of the use of mobile devices. It is bound to increase the productivity of the industry and the mobility of the staff. This study used an EtherCAT machine as an experimental machine and deployed a regional network of the plant using a Wi-Fi router. This deployment method provides a mobile machining integration platform developed by employees using this research. This platform assists staff in remote control and machining of on-site monitoring. This platform also assists staff in using QR code scanning when servicing equipment. It allows staff to quickly scan machine maintenance information and check for equipment maintenance records.This research will be able to effectively solve the inconvenience of staff in the factory during the past manufacturing. Except that the future machining control mode can rely on the integration concept of this research and provide a more convenient control mode.
