  • Being Panama favored with geographical and natural resources for fishery;
    due to lack of technique and technology it has not been exploited. With the
    right technique, the amount of industrial vessels will be increased and with that
    the production in the fishery industry. The proposed vessel is technology
    sufficient at an accessible price. The material chosen for this research is FRP,
    which proposes not only characteristics of considerable resistance but also easy
    handling and elaboration. A detailed plan on procedures, equipment and
    facilities is give. After the implementation of the research as foreseen results it
    is expected to achieve an annual increase in employment of 4%, with the
    increase of production, exports will rise leading to an increase of 3% in GDP.
    Keywords: Naval Techniques, Panama Fishery, FRP
