由多環芳香烴 (PAHs)、苯環、丁二炔等等為單元架構組成的剛性大環分子,其具有的π電子共軛系統、環中心的孔洞、環上的官能基團,分子間的堆疊 (π-π stacking),使其在超分子化學、光電等等領域有重要的地位。但由於其合成上仍有諸多不易,因此如何以簡單、有效的途徑得到大環分子,就成了重要的研究方向。
本論文以鈴木耦合反應 (Suzuki reaction),成功合成苯環橋接之二苯并[a,l]并四苯及二苯并[a,j]蒽衍生之大環分子MC1、MC2,並針對化合物MC1、MC2的結構、光物理性質、電化學性質和四苯基取代的化合物25、26做進一步的比較及探討。而以本論文的條件為基礎,如何在大環結構上做更多官能基的修飾,或有效的使其共軛系統得以延伸,是未來可以發展的重點。
Two fluorescent macrocycles MC1 and MC2 based on benzene
-bridged dibenzo[a,j]anthracene and dibenzo[a,l]tetracene subunits have been synthesized in several steps. Besides synthesizing, we also focused on the physical and electrochemical properties of compound MC1, MC2, 25 and 26, but only characterized the structure of compound MC2 by single-crystal x-ray diffraction method due to the poor solubility of MC1. Based on this thesis, the further research will be continued to extend the π-conjugated system of macrocycles and modify their functional groups.
