隨著物聯網與科技的發展日新月異,進而改變了產品抑或是服務模式,物聯網結合各領域所帶來的可能性將不是紙上談兵,然而,創新的共享系統也伴隨著無前例可循的社會公平性問題,如本研究的案例-無樁式共享單車,隨停隨借的便利之下也衍生出停車格被過度占用等公共領域與私人領域的爭議,如何有效因應對於企業與公眾間的社會公平以提升服務價值,將是新服務系統所帶來的首要課題。
本研究主要使用服務藍圖方法,並且透過從實體證據(Physical Evidence)加入物聯網的概念,對原始的方法進行擴增,並以系統式改善服務流程的創新方法,解決目前服務設計所面臨的困境,接著以無樁式共享單車的案例研究,利用文獻回顧的方式,蒐集目前共享系統所遭遇的社會公平爭議等文獻,最後將之歸納後的管理策略結合物聯網技術的方式,提出解決的三個方案,再依照擴增的服務藍圖法,驗證方法論的可行性。之後透過Lee et.al(2015)所建議的評估消費者價值框架及對於顧客體驗週期的次準則,將能夠有效衡量方案間的差異,最後利用ANP的研究方法得到專家問卷對於方案的結果。
本研究得出一套系統性改善服務流程的建議方法,從定義正確的問題、產生創新的解決方案,到評估改善後的結果,使得服務設計者可以得到有效的建議,並擴增原始的服務藍圖法,藉由加入物聯網的考量,提出一般化的建議步驟,解決目前共享服務系統在面臨社會公平下的阻礙,以提升其對於使用者的服務價值,最後給予利益相關者在管理上的改善與建議。
SUMMARY
With the rapid growth of Internet of Things, which has changed the product and service. However, the innovative sharing system is faced with unpredictable problem, such as social equity. In the case of this study , stationless- bicycles sharing system, it is more simple for users due to the convenient utilization procedure. However, it brings about a rapid increase of bicycle on roadways, and result of safety problems, especially on road segments shared by automobiles and bikes. This problem will end up to be solved by the government.How to effectively respond to the society between enterprises and the public Fairness to enhance service value will be the primary issue for the new service system.
