Twenty-hours neurofeedback-based(NF) neuropsychotherapy improves ADHD children's executive function and behavioral symptoms, even enhances academic performance. Research on the neuropsychological function of Internet addiction shows that their inattention trait can predict the severity and persistence of Internet addiction in two years. In addition, inhibition and reaction time of neuropsychological assessment from Internet addiction also represent impulsivity, especially in network-related stimuli. Based on the fact that there is no related research on neuropsychological treatment for Internet addiction, this study aims to investigate the effectiveness of neuropsychological neurofeedback training in adolescents with high risk of Internet addiction and inattention, and improve mental function in attention and inhibition. After ten weeks neuro-mental training program individually for 20 hours. The effectiveness indicators tested in this study include: neurophysiological brain activity, neuropsychological assessments, symptoms, and behavioral and emotional adaptation in daily lives. The results as below: (1) Neurophysiological brain activity matched with CNAT, and the proportion of beta is significantly increased and the omission errors and violation errors are significantly reduced. (2)Neuropsychological assessments shows significant improvement in inhibition. (3)There’s a significant improvement in the scores both of symptoms and behavioral and emotional adaptation index from parents or self-report. The most obvious improvement in mental function related to attention and inhibition. It is recommended to follow the continuity of the effectiveness in the future.
