近年來國際間對環保議題日益重視,國內綠建築之意識亦逐漸成形;在921地震後,民眾對於傳統重質構造住宅之觀念也在轉變中。輕鋼構住宅擁有安全、健康、舒適、省能、環保等優質性能。先進國家都在積極推廣中,已漸成為21世紀全球化之住宅主流商品,其中以美國、日本之持續開發,精益求精達到高品質、低成本之構造工法最值得肯定與效法。對國內於起步階段之輕鋼構建築而言,應重視的是國內外環境的差異性,合理化或工業化的生產方式,及構造細部形式的要求,才能在本土落實且滿足國內使用者的需求。
屋頂是建築物用以抵抗自然環境氣候因子,形成庇護感覺首要的建築元素,也是建築物中最主要的精神象徵部位。本研究旨在調查國內現有輕鋼構屋頂工程的運用情形,以建築構造(材料及組構方式等方面)的觀點作初步之探討,並提出對國內發展的建議,作為後續改進之參考。
研究方法與目的
1.文獻整理:由國內外相關文獻的整理,將各種適合運用於輕鋼構屋頂的構造形式作整理,以供國內現況問題之探討。
2.問卷調查:經由兩次問卷調查,建立可供調查的廠商基本資料,並調查出各廠商對於屋頂構造在運用上的現況及問題。
3.現場調查及訪談調查:經由現場調查及訪談調查,整理出國內目前各種屋頂構法及細部構造,以及工法上可改進的問題。並經由交互比對,以提出國內現況在屋頂構法及工法的問題及建議。
研究成果
1. 建立輕鋼構住宅支架體與屋架構法分類:
支架體構法分類可區分為三類,構架式構法stick-built construction、版牆式構法panelized system及單元箱式構法modular system;屋架構法可區分為三類,桁架式pre-engineered truss type roof、椽架式stick-framed roof(rafter framing)、剛架式rigid-framed roof;屋面構法可區分為二類,一體成型式與組合式;屋面隔熱構法可區分為二類,冷屋頂與熱屋頂構法。
2.瞭解國內輕鋼構住宅屋頂工程現況:
屋架材料採用冷軋C型鋼較多,佔58.8﹪,熱軋H型鋼佔41.2﹪;屋面材料採用組合式較多,佔66.7﹪;屋架構法中採用桁架較多佔64.7﹪,屋架組合之預組化程度以中度預組(現場組立)最多佔47.1﹪,高度預組(工廠預組)僅佔29.4﹪;屋面構法採用組合式的比例佔66.7﹪一體成型佔33.3﹪;屋面隔熱構法中採用傳統熱屋頂構法比例82.4﹪,冷屋頂構法僅17.6﹪。
3. 改進輕鋼構材料、構法與工法:
經由本研究可提供在台灣氣候環境下,依台灣房屋產業之特性,建立一合理的屋頂工程構法與工法,推動模矩觀念之配合、接合部位開放化、組裝程序標準化、組裝技術簡單化、接合構件量產化等手法,以促使輕鋼構住宅在國內之推展。
The roof system functions as the primary sheltering element for the interior spaces of a building. How a roof form is structured has a vital impact on a building’s image, in turn, affects the choice of roofing material and the lay out of the interior spaces.
This paper is an investigation on roof construction of lightweight steel framing for low-rise residential buildings in Taiwan. The lightweight steel framing is a better choice than wood or rein-forced concrete framing for residential buildings, considering about sustainable development of the earth’s environment, ecological loadings and reduction in resource use by the building industry. Today, lightweight steel framing is strong, easy to use, and a high-quality alternative to traditional framing materials, prevailingly used on residential framing systems in North America, Japan, Australia, and Europe.
The purpose of this paper is to observe the roofing materials and fabricated methods of the roof system in lightweight steel framing. This study carried out with questionnaire and detailed interview, based on the analysis of relative data and the survey of existing residential buildings in Taiwan.
The following results were obtained:
They can be classified into three basic fabricating methods for steel framing construction: stick-built construction, panelized system, and modular system in Taiwan. In roof framing, there are three kinds of roofs: pre-engineered truss type roof (cold-formed steel), stick-framed roof (cold-formed steel), and rigid-framed roof (hot-rolled steel). The assembly ways of the roofing should be differentiated into composite type and traditional type.
The stick-built construction is the main method in Taiwan. Truss type roofs are mostly used in roof framing, and some of them were assembled on site.
