太陽能熱水系統為迄今太陽熱能最普及之應用,台灣目前是以平板型集熱器為國內太陽能熱水器產業最為常見能量轉換裝置(約93 %)。現行台灣太陽熱能集熱器檢測標準於2008年由經濟部標檢檢驗局公布為CNS 15165-1[1],此標準依據國際標準組織ISO於1994年發行之ISO 9806:1994[2]對於太陽熱能集熱器測試部分,在未變更技術內容的情況下譯為中文而成國家標準。標準中提及針對漫射率大於20 %時需進行修正,但並未提及如何進行修正;而且台灣屬於海島型國家,日照漫射率較高,所以在平板型太陽能集熱器中若未針對漫射率修正,以氣候條件最佳的2015年可進行測試的時間一年約137小時,以氣候條件差的2016年可進行測試的時間一年約115小時,可供檢測之時間相當有限。本研究以多家製造商生產之不同型式的平板型集熱器進行實驗,且搭配數據的處理與統計分析分析,進而尋找對漫射率做適當修正之公式。
本研究以CNS 15165-1規範,對2種不同表面處理之集熱板進行排列組合1500625組實驗數據分析,結果看出實驗一,全部漫射率未進行修正效率標準差為0.0065,若單對大於0.2修正效率標準差0.0058,全部漫射率進行修正效率標準差為為0.0052;實驗二,全部漫射率未進行修正效率標準差為0.0090,若單對大於0.2修正效率標準差為0.0079,全部漫射率進行修正效率標準差為0.0074,所以CNS 15165-1對於漫射率大於或小於0.2之漫射條件應全部進行修正,如此可得到較不受漫射率影響之檢測結果。
Solar collector system is a very popular application of solar thermal energy nowadays. Currently in Taiwan, the flat plate collector is the most common energy conversion device in domestic solar water heater industry (approximately 93%). The current solar thermal energy collector testing standard in Taiwan was published by the Bureau of Standards and Inspections of the Ministry of Economic Affairs in 2008 as CNS 15165-1 [1]. This standard is based on ISO 9806:1994 [2], published by International Standards Organization ISO 1994 for solar thermal. The heat collector test section were translated into Chinese as a national standard without changing technical contents. According to the standard, it mentions that the correction is required when the diffuse fraction is greater than 20%, but it does not mention how it can be corrected. However, Taiwan is an island-type country, and located in the subtropical zone so that the diffuse fraction of sunlight is high. Thus, if the effect of diffuse fraction can not be corrected in the test of flat panel solar collectors, the suitable period for testing will be quite limited as there are only 137 hours of best climate condition and worst condition of 115 hours during one year of period in 2015 and 2016 respectively. Appropriate weather conditions are no much during a year. In this study, different types of flat-plate collectors produced by diverse manufacturers were applied for the experiments. The data was processed and statistically analyzed to discover the formula for diffuse fraction corrections.
