    • 　　伴隨著台灣及中國大陸加入世界貿易組織(WTO)後，在其組織規範下，大陸內銷市場逐漸開放，台灣取消進口管制之限制，不論是台灣或大陸企業都面臨前所未有的機會與挑戰。
    　　受到台灣投資環境逐漸惡化的影響，使得不少傳統產業業者為求生存及突破現狀而紛紛赴海外投資，其中以中國大陸的投資比例佔最高，面對產品生命週期縮短，市場競爭激烈的情況下，物流逐漸成為台商提昇競爭優勢之利器。以鞋品為例，傾向建立「少量、多樣、高頻率」之物流網路，以滿足顧客不確定之需求。因此，物流體系的規劃和籌建殆屬必然，而物流據點區位的選定更是規劃物流體系的策略議題之一，所以有關物流據點佈署之區位選擇問題，是值得研究的課題。
    　　本研究選定一鞋品台商─Y集團為例，針對其面臨之物流課題，研提適當之物流據點佈署策略，並提出具體建議，擬供台商於物流據點佈署策略制定之參考。本論文研究結果獲致以下結論：
    1.物流不再僅是提供運輸、倉儲等單一功能之服務，物流機能已逐漸成為企業「策略層級」之工具。
    2.根據實證結果所示，集中化物流據點已成為企業重新思考物流體系的重要策略之一，亦符合歐美先進國家物流體系之發展趨勢。
    3.兩岸物流據點佈署暨牽涉到兩岸關係，又有國際物流之形式，較一般物流據點設置更為複雜。

    　　Since Taiwan and China have become the members of the World Trade Organization (WTO) in the year of 2002, many companies are gaining various opportunities while meeting the challenges of unpredictable and fast-paced market.
    　　With the growing trend of the Taiwanese investment in Mainland China, logistics are major focus of these business firms, especially Foot-wearing Manufacturing Firms. Due to the short life cycle of this kind of product and competition in market, logistics efficiency plays a major role in the competencies of this firm. So it is necessary to develop a logistics system that with the needs of “ Limited Quantities, Varieties, Frequent and Speedy Deliveries”, when the customer demand is uncertain. Thus, the location decision of logistics site is still held becomes a critical issue and worthy to be further studied. The thesis makes an attempt to study the logistics site owned by Taiwanese to distribute it products more efficiency and decrease unnecessary logistics cost.
    　　The thesis uses company Y that is now holding the largest market share of lady shoes in Mainland China as the research object to plan the best facility location of logistics site under the difference of logistics demand. The conclusions of the study are as follows:
    1.Nowadays, the science of “ logistics management”is so advanced that its traditional logistic function has been switched from a simple, supporting role to a more complex, cross-linked one for strategic marketing. We can change logistics strategies flexibly when the marketing channel and logistics infrastructure are changed.
    2.In this paper, a mathematical model for the facility location problem is proposed. The objective is to minimize the total costs among facility location, handling cost and transportation cost. The results of this study shows that the consolidation of distribution centers is a new trend in logistics development.
    3.Under the framework of the WTO, the reactions and communications between Taiwan and Mainland China are more frequently. It’s expected to increase the demand of logistic to sell back to Taiwan market. However, locating logistics site between cross-strait not only touches on cross-strait relations but also has a global logistics pattern, as compared with setting up general logistics site more complicate.
