  • 本文提出整合嵌入式控制器與行動通訊,以完成校區變電站之負載監測及同時掌握各變電站之用電情形,進一步並可作為負載調度依據與變壓器負載之過載預警。在本文所提之系統整合,其乃應用行動電話之簡訊遠距傳送,輔以嵌入式控制器以完成通訊之連結,已可將所收集資料傳輸至遠處管理中心,達成自動抄表功能,不僅因而減少人工抄表管理,對於校園電力省能,更可提供相關用電數據,而本文並將所提方法,予以應用至分散廣闊且彼此間無傳輸線路聯繫之變電站,裨於測試遠距抄表能力,而由測試結果證明本文所提方法,對於校園電力監控確有其可行性,研究成果對於國內省能之施行參考亦應具有高度助益。

    An electric power supervisory system enhanced by mobile communication and embedded controller was developed for the electric power supervision of campus substations. With this proposed system, the connected loads as well as electricity usage can be both better grasped. This approach can be also served as the forewarning of the transformer overloads, by which the load dispatch can be appropriately completed. In addition, to facilitate the data communication, the function of short message service has been added. In this way, the automatic meter-reading can be better realized, thereby reducing the cost of the man-power more significantly. In order to validate the effectiveness of this proposed system, a prototype has been implemented and was employed to those test data collected from the campus substations. From these test results, they helped consolidated the feasibility the method. This outcome can be also served as a useful reference for the energy-saving realization in a campus.
