摘 要
隨著台灣科技產業的快速發展,政府先後設立了新竹及台南科學園區。高科技廠房不斷的興建與開發,而廠房的微振問題也漸漸受到產業界及學界注意。而另一方面,為了促進南北交通往來的便利性,台灣高鐵也於1999年起開始動工,完工後,估計從台北到高雄只需90分鐘,對通勤者而言無疑是一個好消息。但對某些位於高速鐵路附近的高科技廠房而言,列車通過時所產生的振動可能會對其造成影響。
有鑑於此,本文針對南科高鐵列車通過時所造成的振動進行現地量測並建立有限元素模型進行數值分析。量測的結果將與數值分析的結果相比較。此外,為了教育訓練的目的,本文也針對量測時所使用的資料擷取程式進行開發與研究。其中,軟體方面使用Visual Basic 6.0建立使用者介面,硬體則包含積分器、加速度計以及DAQ卡。程式開發完成後,會於高雄某大樓與其他商用資料擷取軟體一起進行現地實驗並進行比對。而後本程式也用於量測南科高鐵振動的實驗上。本研究的最後結果如下:
1.自行開發的資料擷取程式與商用軟體進行比較後,誤差
大都約2~3dB,以現地實驗而言,此誤差屬於可接受範
圍內。
2.南科現地實驗與有限元素模型數值分析的結果比對已有
初步結果。
ABSTRACT
With the development of high-tech industry in Taiwan, the Hsinchu Scientific Industrial Park and Tainan Science Park was established successively. The high-tech plants are rapidly built one by one, the restrictions on vibration of buildings and industrial machines become more and more stricter. On the other hand; the construction of “Taiwan High Speed Rail” was also started in 1999. It is undoubtedly good news for many people. But for some high-tech buildings that nearby the high-speed rail, the vibration induced by the high-speed train may cause some influence on the high-tech buildings.
For this reason, this main purpose of this study is to measure the vibration induced by the passing high-speed train and build a finite element model. The results of the experiment and numerical analysis will compare with each at last. And for the purpose of education, the data acquisition program used in the measurement will also developed in this study. Visual Basic 6.0 was used to setup the user interface. Besides, a field experiment was performed in the sky tower in order to validate the self-developed system by comparing the received dB values with another consultant program, and then the self-developed system were used in the vibration measurement in the science park. Results are briefly described as follows:
1.For the comparing with another consultant program, the inaccuracies are about 2~3 dB. This is an acceptable result for the field experiment.
2.The result comparison between field experiment and numerical analysis already has the preliminary results.
